Factory Unlock worked now it doesn't

Hello!

I found an IPhone 4S and after a week of trying to find the owner decided to go ahead and unlocked for T mobile Puerto Rico. I did it and cut the SIM card, the phone worked great for four days and now it doesn't. I just say No Service.

I try the sim in another unlocked iPhone and it works and also try a Claro Mobile sim in this one and it also works.

what can be happening? What can I do to make the phone work?

i will appreciated your help. I been without a phone for more than a week.

you posted in the iphonecdmatool.com support forum,you clearly are not a customer of that tool.

please post in the correct forum.

try to plug your phone back into itunes and see if it wont reunlock it.or you could use redsn0w to "deactivat" it then plug into itunes and it should unlock it again for you.

but really sounds like your phone has been blacklisted,which means you wont be using it on anyat&t or tmo networks.
