The link is valid and working.

verified,i just checked it,it has had dl's today as well as i just dl'd it again myself

Has this been uploaded to the tool yet? I downloaded the tool last night but I didn't know if I had to do this patch still. Could that be why my phone is not activating?

if its a sprint phone then yes that is why,and no its not on the tool yet,we are currecntly fixing a couple bugs that came with 6.0.1 so for now you need to do this manually.
