Reply With Quotedo a full dfu restore, then after that use the erase all content and settings on it,after which add the esn to your account with vzw then ota.

Flashing iphone 4 Back to Verizon
I recently purchased an Iphone 4 that had been flashed to ntelos. I took the phone to verizon and it has a clean ESN, but they can't/won't flash it back to verizon.
I have tried restoring the phone with Itunes, doing a full reset/erase, and tried calling the Verizon OTA #. None of these things have worked? How can I get the carrier back to verizon? Thanks.

Is the order of steps you mentioned above crucial? I have done all these things multiple times, but not sure I have done them in that order. Thanks for your help.
