Hello From Clarion, PA

this is rod from Clarion, PA, wanted to say hello and ask for some help also
got a Droid Bionic, got full version of CDMA-Workshop, 3g sim, had the phone already flashed to
pp, wanted to put a custom rom on it
anyway, able to get calls, voicemail etc but can't get the phone out of emergency calls only
and not sure what i'm missing or not doing

if anyone can help, would appreciate it, can skype or teamview etc
