Samsung U450 files

I need bin, dll, pst for Samsung SCH-U450. My phone will not boot after using BitPim.
If someone is kind enough to respond, please note that there do not appear to be any valid links on this site. And megaupload has been closed.
If by some chance someone has the files, could you please also tell me how to get this onto the phone.
