I believe nothing will work if you update to ios6, lose jailbreak and flash.

do not update. You will lose jailbreak and flash. One of my customer upgraded after i told him not too.

There is no way to reflash iphone 4 with iOS6.
So do not update.

The only way to reflash is to downgrade your ios
