It's how to flash it if you are running 6.1.2. Not a fix, just common sense that has been posted in this forums. I just found what was the easiest and quickest way to flash it and it work the first time, every time.

you need to write the nv item 1943 back to its original value

lol i restored the iphone with changed esn, now itunes won't activate the iphone. is there a way around this? it keeps saying device unknown

you can use sn0wbreeze to activate but that wont get your sig back,you need to change it back to correspond with nv item 0
if you dont know it,take it to an apple store or to the original carrier and try to obtain it that way.
