So the iPhone 4S(sprint) with iOS6 can flash to metro pcs with this tool

most likely it will work to flash to page plus. Even if the tool can flash the iphone 4s to metro pcs, you still have to get the meid into the metro database. That meid which starts with 99 won't be accepted into Metro's system. So just flash it to another carrier that will accept the meid.

that is correct,however there are a couple different solutions to that problem being worked on.one is done(illegal) and one is still in the works. metro is the biggest or second biggest carrier people flash to,so we are working diligently to find a legal way to solve this problem.

illegal way is change the meid/imei (do not ask how or for help with this) legal way,working with metro to get these 990/256 numbers accepted into there system for activation.
