A patent infringement case in South Korea has concluded with Apple and Samsung both found to have infringed on certains patents held by the other. Apple's patents on the design of the iPhone and iPad were part of the case, but Samsung was not found to have infringed. Rather, Samsung was found guilty of treading on Apple's patent on the "bounce" when reaching the end of a list or other screen. Apple, meanwhile, was found to have infringed on Samsung patents related to networking. Both companies face injunctions and small fines. Apple is barred form selling the iPhone 3GS and 4, as well as some iPads, in Korea. Samsung is barred from selling the Galaxy S II and Galaxy Nexus.
