no you dont have to pay again,it is unlimited flashing for each device.you only pay one time for each device,then if you need to reflash just do it..its no extra charge.

Thanks for respond me i already figure at the problem i was having was that i copy paste the email and dindt reconized whe i binded but i put directly the email and password and works wonderfull i am sorry to bother you but i was looking for solution and by the way you program its awsome thanks
