Do i need to actually flash my iPhone?

I work for a small CDMA carrier who is a roaming partner with verizon. My iPhone functions perfectly within my companies network. Do i need to flash the phone in order for everything to work (talk txt data) or do i simply just have to activate it with my company since it already works in this network?

I think you answered it best. If it functions perfectly now why try to change what's working?

I want to switch service to my employer since they provide free service to employees instead of paying 200$ a month to Verizon.

you need to know your carriers data settings and just compare,if there different and you cant change with ota then you will need to flash it.
