Hello everyone I dont know if this is a nooby pes question.. But How do you convert a sprint or verizon iphone 4S meid to dec to enter on c.i.d??

Ive only used the one on cdmaws. I usually go with meidconverter. com but It was a 4S and the meid was all dec. and almost matched the imei except for 1 number... thanx
