correct, until you change the meid so it no longer matches the sn,in this case the tool will not identify the device anymore and will recharge you each time it is changed.

So, am I correct in understanding that any manual programming after a MEID repair will basically mean being forced to pay twice? Seems like this would be unavoidable in the case of flashing to Boost. Why not just use the device's serial number for authentication purposes?

right now it is the way it is.it is possible to spoof sn. as well as meid. so this is what we are left with.

There is never no reason to change the meid. If you repair the meid it will still work.

this is legal in some country's and required to get phone onto some of those networks,that is why it is a legit solution and not just some way to supply people here with a way to break the law.

i have said many times and say again this meid solution is not for use in the usa period.repair is just as illegal as change is here.

but i cannot control what people do in there home/shops,im just saying if yer meid does not match your sn you will have to pay again because the program will see your idevice as new.
