I have used these PRLs:
3018, 3022, 3026, 2027, 3028, 3029, 3030.

In combination with these SIDs:
6503, 6504, 6509, 5037, 5007, 5109, 5023, 5097, 5167, 5199, 4815, 4273.

And in combination with these IMSIs:
31000MIN and 31166MIN.

Here are some of the speed results I obtained with some of these parameters. But when i used the other parameters, the results were very very similar.*

SIDs all with IMSI=31166MIN and prl=3029.
6503 - 104/123 kbps (UL/DL)
6504 - 101/87*
6509 - 104/100*
5037 - 83/121*
5007 - 99/122*
5109 - 80/114*
5023 - 55/92*
5097 - 102/125*
5167 - 80/77*
5199 - 89/1171*
4815 - 60/115*
4273 - 103/75*

Conclusion:
There's no 3G data in my area.
Or metropcs uses different username and password in this area for 3G and 1X data.
Or . . .

I'm currently using prl 3029, sid 6503, and imsi 31000min since it doesn't make any significant difference on speed based on the combinations of parameters I used.

Do you get the 3g logo up top in the status bar. I have the 3G logo but as far as speed goes i think the 3g is very spotty and depends on what area your in. At times ill get speeds up to 1mbps and other times ill get slow speeds ranging from 100-200kbps. But to be honest with you usually i get slower speeds and rarely touch the 1mbps mark. And i do notice at work my speeds are better. Maybe its just a metro thing but then again ive never had another phone besides the iphone on metro service to compare it to.

write this for 1x and 3g and you may try also just write it to 3g and leave 1x user the same as you had it to see which provides best speed.

Ok i will try this when i get home. Unfortunately i forgot to bring my phone to work with me. So use the same password correct?
And with that username you posted just leave it as it is? We don't insert our phone number anywhere like the previous username was?

use your phone number bro where it says mdn,so instead of mdn you would have your 10 digit phone number.

and for i message and facetime it will work with some carriers and some carriers it wont because the carrier doesnt support or wont allow it.
