NID and SID stored in PRL.

What's happens if you *228 phone after the flash? Can you flash with zeros for MDN/MIN then *228 once MEID is activated with Cricket?

Try it today and it updates all info and full flash works. Looks like it possible to preflash these phones and just *228 them after you sell them.

there is no point of writing NID,but there is big point in writing SID.while prl's are mostly nationwide anymore, sid's are certainly not.hence the need to write SID to your phone.the SID makes a huge difference in reception,and the phones "respect" the SID in the nam that is being used.
