also, when I go to itunes it says there is carrier information update. i chose update and it updated me back to before I used the new tool.

carrier information update = new carrier bundle = no more old carrier bundle

just noticed on my phone...
the actual phone screen - the voicemail tab at the bottom is gone.
where'd it go?

i forgot to put that back in there,i will correct it and ul corrected bundles.
it will take a couple days to get it all done. but its not your phones problem,it was mine.
i will let you all know when it is fixed.sorry this is still a work in progress guys.

I have the same problem where Im at. I can not get 3g.

I just flashed a Boost Transform Ultra to Metro PCS yesterday, in the Orlando area. I don't know if it's different in other markets, but here the M.IP settings are (from an official Metro branded phone):

Active User - 0
Mobile IP Behavior - Mob IP only
Initial Registration Retry Interval - [BLANK]
RFC2002bis MN-HA - [Checked]
Registration Retries - 2
Deregistration Retries - [BLANK]
Pre-lifetime-expiry - 30

Mobile IP Profile 0 is configured as:

NAI - [PHONENUMBER]@mymetropcs.com
Tethered NAI - [PHONENUMBER]@mymetropcs.com
HA Shared Secret - A unique 16 character (as written) text string of uppercase letters and numbers (this is probably wrong/missing on phones that aren't getting 3G)
AAA Shared Secret - [6 DIGIT SPC], as text
MN-HA SPI - 103
MN-AAA SPI -103
DMU Public Key ID - 41
DMU Mobile Authenticator - [Blank]
Rev Tunnel Preferred - [Checked]
Home/Primary HA/Secondary HA Address - All 0.0.0.0

It's probably that HA password that's spoiling the party. If Metro won't/can't give it to you, the only other method I can think of for getting it onto an iPhone would involve methods y'all aren't keen on.

do you mean to ignore the update to maintain/save the carrier information the tool put on it?

and with metro - is there a way to get the visual voicemail working?
before when it was in the bottom tab, when you hit the icon it just dialed my voicemailbox. nothing came up on screen for playing the message, calling the person, etc.

that is not it.we have that value for that pass correct and it has no effect.and we cannot set the gateway to mip only,it must be mip/sip,even though the metro phones use mip only.

yes ignore the update,they are bad unless you just like using the tool and reflashing.lol
vvm will not work with metro,they do not support it. only carriers that have official ip will support it and not all of them. i will add vvm to a few of the bundles for carriers that support it.

@rich or ydiddy, I flashed a sprint iphone to metro pcs with the updated tool. Mms does not work. Is there a certain sequence in flashing that i need to do?
