Adult/Explicit/Objectionable content - As the forum is intended for a wide age group, any content including pictures or links to pictures must not be considered R or X-rated. What is considered overly sexual or potentially offensive will be determined at our discretion.

Malicious Links - Links to sites containing any malicious material (spyware, viruses, pop-up bombs/e-bombs, etc.) are prohibited. As these types of links are usually posted with malicious intent, offenses of this nature warrant more severe disciplinary action (immediate temporary or permanent removal from cdmagurus.com).

Off topic posts - Please keep posts relevant to the particular forum title. It's natural for posts to become off topic but a great disruption of the flow of conversation will be moved or deleted with out notice.

Cross/Double posting - Please post to the MOST relevant forum. Double or cross forum posting or other attempts at flooding the forum with posts will be removed.

Bumping - This refers to posting with the deliberate intention to either pad your post count or to keep a thread 'hot' so it appears at the top of the forum. These type of posts can be described as useless information, gibberish, redundant or one-liners. Please try our search tools to see if there has already been a similar discussion first.

Multiple identities - Only one username or account is allowed per forum member. If you have forgotten your log in information, do not create a new account, please contact us.

Usernames - Anything with the following in the name will not be allowed: cdmagurus, staff, mod, moderator, admin, administrator, gm, global moderator, super mod, super moderator. Users who have signed up with any of these exemptions will be asked via PM to create a new profile and within 72 hrs the user name in question will be banned. These user names and any variation are reserved for staff members only. Profanity in user names will not be tolerated and members will be expected to abide by the rules. Please also note that if you choose a popular "well known" members name from another forum you may be required to verify your identity here.

Languages - All public content, including but not limited to titles, signatures or attachments MUST be in the English language. Additionally, usernames must not contain any non-English characters.

Account Expiration - If your account is inactive (has not logged-in) after the following expiration times it will be made available to the general public again. 100 posts or less: 1 year since last log-in. 101-999 posts: 2 years since last log-in. 1000+ posts: 3 years since last log-in.

ESN Cloning - No ESN cloning discussions or illegal activity discussions (Zero Tolerance Rule) We have a zero-tolerance for anything related to ESN cloning, Wifi theft or theft of services, this includes distributing them via PMs in the open (public forums). A 24 hr ban will be imposed for the first offense and any a perma ban for the 2nd offense. Discussions of MEID repair are only allowed in the Premium Forum.

Sales section - Sales threads are only allowed in the market place! Selling other members work. This is not the right thing to do. If someone notifies us that this is taking place, we will investigate. If we find that you are selling someone else's work, you will be banned permanently. Selling Unauthorized Access to Cellular Phone companies activation tools or Dealer access lines(Zero Tolerance Rule) Due to a large number of people selling and advertising to access different companies sites and hot-lines we have to protect gurus in regards to people selling these. We are not affiliated and will not be affiliated with such blatant illegal actions, this is a instant permanent ban NO questions asked. If u have a problem with this rule then please inform one of the administrators and we will address the issue.

The rules and checklist for posting a sales thread/post. All posts/threads are moderated! (Staff will approve ASAP) if your post/thread does not appear do not re-post or it will automatically be rejected as spam. You must have 5 posts minimum to post a sales thread. These posts can not be spam or short one liners. You must be a confirmed member for longer than 1 month or approved by the staff. Paypal html links do not work so do not use them, this is for the security of the forum. You must include in your post your contact info, name, email, forms of payment accepted, item description, time-frame available, quantity available, delivery time. If you are selling a service already provided by the forum or one of it's paid advertisers or sponsors, your post may or may not be approved. Post reporting system - There are thousands of people on this site and only a handful of staff members. As a user, if you find something that breaks a rule, please PM a staff member or use the reporting feature so that we can handle it. » What if I see something on the forums that violates a rule? There is a "Report bad post" button on the bottom left side of each post or you can send a PM to either a Moderator listed at the bottom of the forum in which the questionable post resides or to an available Super Moderator if a Moderator is not listed.

» What if I've been banned? Please keep in mind that as a busy forum we will not engage in protracted debates about your ban.
