How would I go about transferring my CDMA iPhone 4 to another carrier?

I'm completely new at this and I would appreciate it if someone could point me in the direction of a guide of some sort. I'm looking to flash it to a carrier who has a pay as you go service if possible. I'm on iOS 5.0.1 and I am jailbroken. I don't use the phone or text functions very much, so paying as little as possible is a priority. Thanks in advanced for any help :)

Easiest way is to add the PRL file of the carrier your trying to switch over to. Then get the MEID added. You will only have talk and text. Plus you need to jailbreak your iphone.
