Has anyone activated a flashed iPhone 4 in the Washington DC Metro area? I just called customer service to activate an additional line and they told me they could not activate the phone because it's not a tri-band phone.

I have done it.
I`ve successfully flashed verizon iphone 4 to cricket with text talk and 3G fast internet.
