Sanyo zio from iwireless, need spc

I have one of these from a sprint mvno call iwireless, I need to get the spc, try the normal reads with no luck also try dumping the whole phone but ever read comes back not readable. Anybody have a good starting point to read the memory or a way to get the spc. Thanks in advance.
