Now press and hold Left “Shift” button on the keyboard and then click on “Restore” (Not “Update” or “Check for Update”) button in iTunes and then release this button. This will make iTunes prompt you to select the location for your custom firmware 4.3.3 file. Select the required custom .ipsw file that you created above, and click on “Open”.

now you should have 4.3.3 on your device.

the one variable here will be itunes error 2005 if you get this you will need delete all files accociated with itunes 10.5 and downgrade to an older version of itunes

if you do that and get and itunes error when you try to open it,that means you didnt get rid of all files,so search or use google to find the place itunes stores the file its giving the error for (it should give the invalid files name) then go there and get rid of it.
