Need help flashing phone

I bought a samsung sch-r560 off ebay from somebody in florida, so the carrier is metro pcs, and i want to flash it to cricket. Cricket went through the process with me, (dial *228). Well that didnt work so they told me to try manually programming the phone. which was the code, ##626* and that didnt work. Can anybody help me figure out what i need to do?

Fisrt thing, Did you load cricket prl to your phone?
It is not just buying a phone and it will work, You have to change a few things.
Like loading cricket prl + changing PRI setting. or known as a MMC.
