I am trying to flash an Eric to Our local company. it is a refurbished phone. It doesn't have any number in it. the prl shows 580027.
I have tried everything I know. CDMA W, QPST, and manual programming. ever time you exit a screen it reverts back to what it was before. I have never seen this with an Eris.
Any suggestions?
