Can All Phones Be Fully Flashed?

Firstly, I'd like to say thanks for all the information on this forum. I've spent hours reading, and successfully flashed a few phones to Cricket voice and text only, so thank you. I'm wondering about mms, though. I spent a few days fiddling with a Samsung u820 trying to get the pic messaging working. I edited the RG0 and RG3 files as was suggested, but to no avail. Now before I spend countless more hours banging my head against the wall, let me ask, can all phones be fully flashed? Does it depend on the carrier you are flashing to? Thanks again.

Not all phones can be full flash. On the u820 find the dll and samsung pst that should be all you need. if you find the mms file it would make it a lot easier for you.
