Samsung r100 on pageplus

I have a customer who we flash his samsung cricket r100 to pageplus. I can not get the roam indicator to go off. I can program the nam with workshop but when I try OTA I get that ota is disable on handset. I check with workshop and it is not disable. I try putting both the nam on home only and automatic. Its a aws phone. Do you think I need a aws pageplus prl? If you have one please post. Any ideas would be great. Thanks in advance.

Try setting these NV items:

0010 0x04 - Mode Analog/Digital/PCS
0256 0x01 - PRL on/off
0261 0x00 - NAM lock
0575 0x00 - Network mode
0576 0x00 - Service type
0849 0x00 - Network mode

See if it works,
