plz sir help me to scan huawei ec150 memory to find spc by cdmaworkshop or any other software like ***
plz tell me where to start the memory address and where to end

Im not familiar with that phone but in cdma ws goto the memory tab and under scan memory just hit the start button and it should give you the readable and unreadable areas if the meory isnt locked down on that phone

i wants to scan memory to have a map of memory to find out spc

Read scubas post. He tells you how to find the areas where the spc may be. This is the correct method when spc adress is not known or posted.
