Microsoft Sharp Kin one Verizon Unlock

I have bought a Microsoft Sharp Kin one from from ebay. Its a verizon locked phone, I found after I bought, though seller claimed its unlocked. Is there a way to unlock it to use in India with either Reliance or Tata? If yes, what is the procedure? struggling from a week to find the process. Is it something to update the PRL file? I found from this forum that there exists a .PRL for reliance. If its correct, how do i update the same on this phone which doesn't have a SD card slot either.

If you are talking about user lock code..... Just try around 10times using a wrong password it will reset everything.
