hey bro,padding and/or bumping your post is against forum rules.just be patient some will help you.
btw why diag mode? if yer tryin to flash i dont think you need it.try using debugging for a port with android drivers if thats what yer after. if its not tell us what the end result is you want.

you but in Debug Mode Roboot the phone and then you will be able to read it but i notice the setting wont stay on the phone not even the PRL Any Advice ???

same here. I'm trying to use cdma ws and qpst and to do so I need to put the phone in diag mode. essentially I'm trying to read/write prl from phone

Haven't played with one yet, but have you tried ##LGSERVICEMENU then enter the SPC.
