Help flashing evo to Metropcs

Heres my results

(tried twice)
had my esn added (45 dollar plan)

I rooted 2,5 autoroot
followed detailed instructions
[Only registered and activated users can see links]

reboot : I get hands free activation
If I let it go through it gives an erroryour activation could not be completed .To try again , choose "update profile "in the system updates area of settings if the problem persists you may need to contact customer service Error code : 1012
if I cancel and then try to make a call it says the cell phone is not activated press end and dial customer service
Then I flash Metrodroid same issue

when i enter ##786#
The mobile number is 000-000-1353
000-000-1353
Also displayed in my Directory number in qpst
and imsi _s is 0000001353

and mid is 0000001353

SHOULD i CHANGE THESE TO MY PHONE NUMBER IN QPST

Also I am getting web
