Samsung Indulge Hard Reset

Hard reset information to unlock an Indulge in the event a customer forgets their pattern lock



1. With phone off, hold R key and power key
2. When you see Samsung on screen release both buttons and android system recovery menu will appear
3. Use the volume key to navigate to wipe data/factory reset
4. Press the power key to make the selection

Thanks Arkie, havent found the need to know this yet but I know its only a matter of time before a customer comes in with one saying they locked themselves out lol.
