Today i called boost attempting to activate my galaxy tab on boost mobile (because they have a 35 cent a day unlimited web allowance which equals about $11 a month!!) and they assigned me a number and pin, and when she went to finish activation, she asked am i trying to activate a sprint phone, i said no because technically it isn't a phone (although it is a sprint device) and she said "sir we cant activate sprint phones", but im aware that it is possible for a customer service rep to add a sprint phone to their database, so wouldnt this be possible? I dont think the rep saw it as a galaxy tab, but she saw it as simply a sprint phone. what measures can i take to get this device on boost mobile? im pretty sure its not impossible but can anyone give me suggestions or should i try again with another rep and hope they add it this time?
