Possible to get VM Samsung Intercept into diag mode?

I have tried all the usual codes to get my Virgin Mobile Samsung Intercept into diag mode but no luck. Is there a way to do it or get it to show up as a port so workshop can see it?

You should be able to go to:

Settings>Applications>Development> turn usb debugging on.

if yer trying to flash it to cricket,you need the spc first then dial ##port# enter spc from there you will have option to enable comport from there load the sprint rom on it then it will have dun and you will be able to flash with success

You can not flash this phone, radio is locked down, you must first flash it to the sprint software or at least flash the sprint radio. Then you can flash it to another carrier.
