6620L Admin URL

My 6620L's admin URL has stopped working ([Only registered and activated users can see links]) shows a blank screen after a factory reset even.

Does anyone have the settings URLs or can tell me what they look like?

That is in the dhcp server tab, if you changed it and dont know what it is the reset should put it back to 192.168.1.1, if it does not I would suggest you to try to login on a different device or clear your cookies and cache then try it again, if it still does not work your device may need to have its firmware recovered.
