LG ally, 1x at least?

Alright well I have my ally flashed to MetroPCS, working talk & text. Now I just want 1x and MMS. Now I know that the settings won't stick I've tried it all my self and no luck.

Can anyone help me or guide me to the right direction? I'm stuck. :rolleyes:
