How to program iPhone 4 Verizon?

Helo everybody, im owner of a iPhone 4 CDMA Verizon of course, im from Mexico and here the only one operator with CDMA Network it`s Iusacell, i want to program my iPhone with my operator, but i cant do it, because *228 always "The Phone can not be programed by this option"

anybody have how to do manually?'

does that company use ota,and if so does your phone connect to it when you dial it or does it connect to another company?

Iusacell have OTA and many people can program another iphones 4 Verizon, but i have not lucky wit this one...

look around the iphone forum your not the only one that has problems.there is help here for that,ota doesnt usually work the first try.wait for the phone to roam after you try and then quickly try again while your phone roams,that phone needs to roam alot of the time to be successfull with ota. do you have verizon service there?

In this area, we have no coverage, or Verizon service, and try all possible ways and even now I can not program it, many programs without any error, but mine is not!

you cant try download version 4.2.6 and jailbrake whit cydia for me works
