Looking to view the esn. How do you put it in diag mode and what drivers do you need to view in cdma workshop

you dont need it in diag mode to read in ws. use the standard samsung usb drivers,they are posted in the samsung section of the forum

When I connect the M350B to my computer, the system doesn't even detect a new port so I can connect it to CDMA Workshop.

If you are not getting comport is either virgin mobile or boost mobile phone.
