I found this ZTE drivers that works for simple or Android phones....Enjoy.

ZTE SALUTE F350 --Yes, the drivers DO work!--

When you first connect the phone to the computer,
Look for a Virtual Drive... A CDROM titled "VZW SUA ZTE".
RIGHT CLICK on it, then EJECT.

The found new hardware wizard will come to life. Go to Device Manager, and Check out the COM Ports.
There should be 2 new com ports and 1 modem port!.
