Iden Keypad Disabled

I get this message on my i576 and I've also seen it on i355. "Keypad disabled for interconnect". I have read the phone with RSS Carrier but cannot find anywhere I can disable this setting and unlock the keypad for normal use. I am told that this happens when the boss wants to put a lock on any numbers that are not stored on the sim card from being manually dialed. Does anyone know anything about this?

I believe its under the lockout tab on rss, I will confirm tomorrow when I am in the store.

I didn't see any lockout tab on my RSS. Can you also verify what version you are using and where I can download if in case that is the solution?
