help with script for website with a review page

I am looking to create a website where customers leave reviews but they are moderated by the webmaster. Currently, I am trying to accomplish this through PHP and MySql. Where the visitor creates a review and the webmaster approves it.

I have searched all over and haven't had any luck in finding anything. Does anyone on here know of a website that will guide me in the right direction?

Sounds like something like phpbb might work. It's a forum layout but can be customized and fully moderated.

Why don't you look into using a content management system like Drupal or Joomla... I'm sure both can do what you want to do...

I probably could I guess. But it is for a small company with only one page for customers to write a review on their experience with the company. I have read a lot about Joomla and it does seem feasible to do it that way. Thanks for your help.
