M330 BIN & DLL needed

I have an unbranded PLS-M330 with a user lock that I cant get, and of course ##PORT# requires MSL, which is unattainable.

If anyone has this BIN & DLL available, I would appreciate the sharing of the files. Or if anyone has the Sprint stuff, I'd try that too.
