Moving forward, listeners can select to download mixtapes with low quality (48kbps), normal quality (128kbps), or high quality (256kbps) files. The higher quality files will consume more on-device storage. The app still allows for people to download audio only, or complete audio/video music videos. The limit for downloads remains at 100 songs/videos. YouTube Music is free to download from the Google Play Store and iTunes App Store, but downloading music requires a monthly subscription.
