True or not? Probably is. Unlimited $50 talk/text/mobile web for Verizon feature phones coming according to some leaks . If so, Page Plus is going to get BATTERED. [Only registered and activated users can see links]

ALL Verizon prepaid phones can be used on such a plan. And it is only $5 more and gives UNLIMITED mobile web vs 20 megs on Page Plus.

And the CS is better.

Come to think of it, Verizon unleashed would batter EVERYONE in prepaid that isn't a smartphone plan.

Yes this would kill pageplus, but what deal. I know they trail this in a few markets late last year.

A prototype called the Save South plan was tested with ONLY TALK/TEXT for 49.99 last year on feature phones only.
I didn't say it'd kill Page Plus, but it would give them a battering they won't soon forget.

And it does say "coming soon?" In other words, not confirmed.

But if and /or when it happens, the prepaid wireless field is going to feel it.

The title pretty much sums it up. Unless you live in Florida or SoCal, you can't even get it. This plan has more strings then a starving spider. 1)No byod. Not even other Verizon prepaid phones except for the three Unleashed ones. You can't bypass via esn swap either.

2)Two markets. Actually one and a half. Northern Cal isn't part of it.

3)Limited time only. Said to be from one month to maybe three.

This plan is really epic fail.
