TXT8010 Boot Looping?

I have a Verizon TXT8010. It keeps bootlooping. Plug it into USB and it acts like charging battery and then it will reboot endlessly. I can get it into emergency mode, but it never shows up as a USB device and I cannot reload software to it. Is there a trick to reloading software while it is in emergency mode?

Thats weird you should be able to pick up in E mode. ive gotten mine stuck from messing with them, but i pop them in E mode and run firmware and thats it. im assuming you have everything setup in your pc for that phone right? Drivers and all

Yes I have the drivers set up and all the software. It acts like it does not want to show up at all. the phone will attempt to charge on the USB cable but that is it.
