Porting Questions?

Ok so I called Metro both as a Customer & a dealer and they won't do Port In's over the Phone. I am looking for someone that can port in a number from Page Plus for me. I can't just go down to the store cause I'm not in a "HOME AREA" so there are no stores around here. Thanks for any help
