So I'm not sure if this has been posted already but if you dont have time to go through all of the "Jailbreaking" process and you reallly want a ringtone all you have to do is go to voice memo and record it then set it as a ringtone by going to more and set as.
Another way is changing the file name from .mp3 to .q2g i'm still working on setting it to messages and individual rings.
