SPC:
Select the Sanyo Android Diag port.
Read mem from 0x0F970000-0F980000
Find the 6 digit SPC string in the bin dump.

Hard reset:
Power off the phone.
Hold down Vol Down + End
With the volume keys scroll to Wipe data/factory reset.
Press the trackball to select.

Root:
On the phone under settings/applications/development select Debugging On.
On the PC run SuperOneClickRoot from here:
[Only registered and activated users can see links]
Turn USB Debugging OFF
Click Root
When it says: Waiting for device, turn USB Debugging ON
It will now run RATC
When it says: Starting ADB Server...
Turn USB Debugging OFF
Turn USB Debugging ON
Turn USB Debugging OFF
Do all the above before it says "Waiting for device..." again

Remove stock apps:
1. Root your phone.
2. Download Android Mate from the Market.
3. Click on file manager in Android Mate and give it super user access.
4. In the address box enter /data/FLEX/app
5. Check the apps you want to delete.
6. Click on the delete button.

Enjoy!! :-)
