First Guide For Sprint Palm's Only... NO Matter if Good or Bad ESN's
Activating your palm pre without loosing App catalog
as you all know if you use the Developer tool (Devicetools.jar) you loose you App Catalog this is cause due to lack of Palm Profile on your phone.
First things first IF you don't have java you will not be able to open the following file
[Only registered and activated users can see links]
Download the following Rom.
[Only registered and activated users can see links]
Once your download is finish Save it to your desktop,
Place your palm pre on Dev mode.
this can be accomplished by
1.Plug the USB cable into your computer.
Do not connect the other end to your device yet.
2.Remove the battery from the device.
3.Hold down the device's volume up button.
4.Insert the USB cable into the device.
5.Re-insert the battery.
6.Release the volume up button Your Phone should display a picture like So

If it doenst show that picture then redo the steps,
Now back to your computer and open the file you just downloaded should be named: Palm Pre_Rom_qinray_1.0.3
Open the Program and Follow its steps.
let your phone downgrade.

once that process is done Tap On the small Phone Icon on the Right Bottom corner of your screen,
you should get 4 options choose Enable WiFi.

2. Enable your WiFi and Sing in onto your Hot Spot.
IF you are unable to go back to home-screen at this point.
Take off your battery and restart your phone, wifi should be already enabled.
Create your palm profile or sign in If you already have your Own.
Congratulations!! your lovely pre is Activated and with App catalog.
Updating to 1.4.5
Now if you want to go back to 1.4.5 all you have to do its go to System Update app and search for your update and do so. Thank you, for letting me in your forums this my official help to anyone with my same troubles
