SCH-R860 Bin and DLLs Needed

Hello,
If anyone can help out and post the DLL and Bin for the SCH-r860 I would greatly appreciated. I have the worst luck with these phone model, 5 have been replaced by metropcs under warranty because the phones keeps getting into a loop (power up, power down) and each time I have to wait a week sometimes more to get a new phone.
I need the DLL and Bin so I can flush the phone and get them to reprogram back into the system instead of waiting until a replacement is available.
