i have the latest version of cdma ws . not sure if i have the correct drivers , does any one have a guide to getting evo 4g connected to cdma ws , i am using w7 64 . i have been searching for days and still cant get it to connect

First my friend.... you need to put your EVO in diagnostic mode dialing ##3424# ....then, make sure you have the 64bit Htc Drivers....and if you don't have them...these should work:

when i go to install driver it says no driver found . any suggestions?

click where it says browse my computer for driver,and navigate to wherever you placed the drivers.also you have to install/unpack the drivers on your computer before they will be able to be used.

ok i made sure they were unpacked but when i select the location that i unzipped them and click on it it says no driver software . also when i unzip them it shows all the files to unzip but when i open the folder where i unzipped them it doesnt seem to be as many files

This may or may help, [Only registered and activated users can see links] there are several links there for the diag drivers. When unzipping there should be a folder in the rar just unzip/unrar that to your c:/drivers location then you can point the install at that file.
Should work.

i must be doing something wrong , is there a particular place you install the driver , it still says no driver software

ok got it to work . i had to manually install driver just like everyone had posted , go to device mgr , find htc diag right click , update driver , let me pick , find where you downloaded open right click install , you should have a port listed in device mgr as htc
