Don't let it overwhelm you. It is challenging yes, but not too difficult. Is there a particular phone you are trying to flash?

that's cool, I really wish there was a free tool to convert all esn to spc cuz not everybody can get cdma ws, I mean the old cracked one doesn't support all esn's does it?

I wrote/ported a little esn converting tool too(also finds spc's in .bin):

it copies the last converted esn/meid you click on to the clipboard automatically too
